Strengthening Hospitals
Partnering with hospitals in second- and third-tier cities, equipping them with expertise, technology and training.
A message from the directors on the thinking behind the Alliance Model.
Advitya was not built in a boardroom. It was built in hospital corridors, in the waiting rooms of overcrowded clinics, among families who had travelled for days to reach care that should never have been that far away.
The question that shaped this company was a simple one: why should world-class treatment be limited to a select few hospitals, and why should a person’s survival depend on their ability to travel?
So instead of building another large hospital in a metropolitan area, we chose a different route: collaborating with hospitals in second- and third-tier cities, equipping them with expertise, technology and training to provide world-class gastrointestinal, hepatopancreatobiliary surgical care and cancer care.
That is the Alliance Model. It goes beyond expanding services. It focuses on keeping families together when they need one another the most — strengthening hospitals, empowering local doctors, and ensuring that people don’t just receive treatment but genuinely heal: physically, emotionally and financially.
Every partnership we sign is measured against these before anything else.
